The Preserve at Midland is an exciting new family-friendly gathering place located in the heart of West Midland, just north of Hwy 158 & Hwy 191 Interchange. The Preserve will offer dining, retail, and entertainment opportunities, balanced by ample public open space and an active “Central Green.” The project balances the unique character of the area by preserving significant portions of the property for open space and park space, woven together by a public trail system covering the entire site.

Midlanders will enjoy a unique experience with a constant-level lake and our boardwalk design that connects the retail and restaurants to the water, providing a one-of-a-kind waterfront attraction to Midland. With multiple outdoor amenities located throughout the site, there will be a little something for everyone.
